We know that you are managing multiple priorities and roles and are looking for peace and purpose in the midst of your busy life.  We desire to honor you by encouraging you to understand the challenges and opportunities you face in new ways, by helping you discover your inherent gifts and talents, by determining what your core values and priorities really are, and then by offering you strategies for weaving these gifts, talents and beliefs into the tapestry of your daily life. 

We feel strongly that for us to find the contentment and peace we desire, our faith must be a part of the daily tapestry as well.  In fact, it must be at the very core.  For when your faith becomes a part of your daily walk, you can gain an inner strength that will support you in ways you never even imagined. 

We hope to provide you ideas and inspiration for living well.  

This is a website for women who work and that just happens to be every woman we know! Some women work outside the home, some work at home, some have a home office, some work from the car, some are corporate executives and some are full-time moms………women working everyday in some capacity, in many places and in many important ways.  

Simply put, Tapestry is a ministry of encouragement and inspiration. We will bring you ideas and inspiration for living well.  It is our prayer, that through us, you will be reminded of just how special you are and how important you are to the people in the world around you.  We’ll attempt to do this by encouraging you to weave Christ’s love for you and your love from Him into the daily fabric of your life.

The Tapestry Group was founded by Sharon Decker, a highly respected business woman, wife and mother.  You will find a biography on Sharon in this website.  She understands the challenges you face in the many roles that you play as wife, mother, friend, sister, business person, caregiver…..well, the list could go on.  She walks the journey, daily, just as you do.   Tapestry is all about helping and encouraging you in your journey.  You are not alone.  God can be and desires to be a part of your daily life.  As you desire to draw closer to Him and gain spiritual strength in your daily walk, we pray we can be a constant source of encouragement for you.
